Description
All patients with asthma need a personal asthma action plan to understand what to do for their worsening asthma symptoms. This one-page infosheet helps patients understand what breathing zone they are in and what actions to they need to take. Each zone allows for individualization specific to the patient. Patients can easily see how well they are doing or if they are going into the red zone. They can also track their peak flow meter scores for their treatment plan.
